PUR4 Studios is a full-service architecture and design firm licensed in New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. Founded by two best friends, Jeremy Riback, RA, LEED AP BD+C, and Emmanuel Aydin, our leadership brings over 20 years of combined experience navigating and coordinating complex projects throughout New York City.
Prior to establishing PUR4, Jeremy and Emmanuel managed an expansive portfolio of NYC projects, including ground-up construction, mixed-use developments, real estate ventures, and high-profile tenant fit-outs. The firm operates entirely in-house using BIM, LiDAR scanning, and dedicated visualization capacity.
We've been the architect, the developer, and the person managing the tenant fit-out. We design like we remember all three.
